We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Approximate Shipping Times (does not include weekends/public holidays):
USA ~ 3 to 8 business days (tracking system available)
Rest of the world ~ 3 to 12 business days (tracking system varies)
In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated time frame. We are unable to control shipping delays en-route and appreciate your understanding, especially during busier holiday seasons (November-December), promotions, or other high-volume periods. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will ship a new package.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and is added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office). Processing time may occasionally take longer during holidays, promotions, or other busy periods.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it once it has been processed. If you cancel within 30 minutes before your order is processed, a $20 transaction fee applies per order. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
